Some 20 workers of the Seribu Islands Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency are seen repairing the collapsed breakwater in RT 07/03, Panggang Island, Panggang Island Urban Village, North Seribu Islands Sub-district.

Seribu Islands SDA Sub-agency Head Hendri said the repair was conducted, as the breakwater on the north side of Panggang Island collapsed due to high waves.
"Besides that, we are casting the embankment on the south side of Panggang Island up to 160 meters with 1.5 meters. Repair and casting are done to protect land areas and the threat of tidal waves and abrasion. We want the people here to be safe," he expressed, Wednesday (5/11).
